Instructions

1,fix

fix the welding apparatus together with its heater tip and put it on a shelf.fix up a proper heating model,tighten it with an inside turret according to the type of pipes needed.in general,the smaller lies in the front while the bigger back.

2,Operation

Switch on the electricity to make sure the green light is on.the red light follows the greem light,showing that the welding apparatus goes into the state of auto-control of temperature,and then operate it.Warning:in an auto-control state,both the green and the red llight burns alternately,which means it is under control.

3,Weld pipes

Cut off your pipes and put it with its fittings into the welding model,operate as the table bellows shows.when the heating time is up,take down from the model both the pipe and its fittings and straightly insert to the depth needed so that a flange can be seen at the joint.

PS:If the temperature is below 5 degree,please heat it at extra 50%
